Have We Given Up on Krustyland?

I've basically given up on it too. I regret not buying the Happy Little Elves Ride and Tunnel of Love when they were available, just to add a little more to it, but I will buy them the next time they're available. I have very little of the available land, but I have 5 stars and everything fits nicely and I like it.

I visit KL several times a day to collect tickets. I keep 100k tickets on hand at all times in case they release something new, then exchange 30k tickets for cash as soon as I hit 130k.

I really wish they'd allow us to put the event BUILDINGS in KL, not just the decos. That would be the perfect solution to all the cries for more land, since KL has nothing but excess land. I would immediately put all my Zenith City and CoC stuff in KL if I could, and probably my holiday stuff too. A "medieval" and "future" area make so much more sense in a theme park than in a city. :roll: I really don't understand why they haven't done this land. Hahaha, WOW, Freudian slip much? :P I meant *why they haven't done this YET!

I wouldn't say we have given up on KL, but I agree a little more attention would be nice. Although, when they did the entire level update on KL, many people complained. I was not one of those. I wish they would add a new ride each event, as they were doing for a few updates. The Hurl N Twirl, Happy Little Elves Ride, and Love Tunnel were all event/holiday related and were a nice, welcome addition.

I love some of my neighbor's KL's. Especially Mopurglar's!! His KL is amazing. If you link to his profile on this site, he has a full shot of the KL linked to his sig. The 3d landscaping is amazing! I would love to re design mine anywhere close to that.

Anyway, I wonder if you have purchased any of the premium items in KL? I was hesitant to do so at all, but finally caved when they released the beer fountain at what I considered to be a bargain price. Then I won a second Itchy and Scratchy Billboard that I placed over there. And I bought the One Plate Maximum Buffet as well. That is all for now, but I feel like I have a full park. And as you mentioned, you can do quite a few nice things with the holiday items over in KL.

LOL, on the land slip. I also wish they would have added all of the CoC items to KL. Especially the Castle Walls, towers and all. Just having the Nerds, hay carts, and banners there is not really much to work with. I bought an excess amount of walls and towers anticipating their addition to KL. And was especially bummed out they have not been added yet. At least we were able to stock up on all the Valentine's Day items this year for cash and use those in KL. My favorite part of my park is the Rose tunnel I built to the Tunnel of Love.

I forgot it still exists o.0

I still go there at least once per day to pop the balloons. And I do win the 5 donuts every few months which is nice. I have over 250K tickets currently, and all the land. But I am still hoping to do a partial redesign with more 3d designs. And I would like for EA to add more freemium rides with each event.

When they added the Valentine's decorations originally EA seemed to be responding to our requests/demands. This change also seemed to be relatively easy to implement programming wise. Thus it would also seem logical that adding the other CoC event items and other buildings as we requested can be done easily and quickly. I believe this would make a nice difference.

Also, something small, but although we were able to place the Valentine's and Easter Event decos in KL, we were not able to purchase them while they were available for resale and we were in KL. We had to return to Springfield and purchase the Easter trees, or Easter Fences and Gates, and then return to KL to place them. I felt like this was a pain when trying to decorate with those items in KL. I hope they can change this for future re sales and other events.

I haven't given up on KL at all!! :) When events aren't on, my Springfielder's go there! :D! I hope we get some in game love for it one day because I finally bought all the land and will gradually be making it Fantabulous!! With some help from the design threads.. :D
