I started December 2013, don't house farm and for about a year have gone premium and am just now reaching that point.
Part of the reason I wanted to buy all the land before I technically needed all of it was so I knew where my center of town would be. Now, I've been lazy about rebuilding my town - life keeps getting in the way of me having the time to nuke my town and start over.. But that's why I've gone through and purchased it all without using this last strip.. I know that sometime soon (hopefully) I will be rebuilding and want to know exactly where my landing zone is.
