Helen Lovejoys building has vanished...

I did a reset and nothing happened.

I filed a ticket with EA and they called me back. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the game and assured me that it would fix everything.

I did as they asked and within 45 mins I had everything downloaded again and both the bartcave and helen lovejoys pancake house are back :-)
