With EA bringing back the Superheroes for another event I can see them make another Stonecutters event since it's so heavily requested. So you got that going for you.
I'd like to say by sitting it out you get time to redecorate your town but with the length of events (40 days) it'll be a long intermission.
Wanting to vote 'Yes' on the poll but that would make me agree with the OP, which I don't. I like the Superheroes theme.
