Homer = crash!

The button to make your items invisible makes my game crash instantly since the update. I barely use that button so I dont care but its a 100% crash if I touch it. Hiding houses is ok. And clicking Homer crashed once but otherwise been ok

I'm experiencing the same exact problem.

I have started having issues today, and will try some to these suggestions....

Krusty, I hope you decide to come back soon. You've certainly been a valued contributor here and undoubtedly helped more than one or two along the way. My issue with Homer crashing has been ongoing since July, so I certainly feel your frustration! It quickly progressed to multiple characters and now seems to be more related to too many successive taps rather than character specific.

EA, if any of you are reading this: Please fix the crashing!

I have bought donuts in the past and would love to get some for some of the limited time holiday items, but I just can't justify spending more of my hard earned money on a game that crashes every time I play.

Edit: Btw, you will probably never read this because it will be pushed down below 5 pages of new add-me threads in a matter of minutes.

Now I know why I lost Krustybrand as a friend.

I've only recently started to have the same problem with crashing when trying to assign Homer a task. Thankfully when I go back in the second time I can assign Homer a task without crashing. It's a pain to have to re-enter the game but at least I can keep playing.

Mineis crashing so much now. Has anyone had this happen because you have too many trees? I just finished a forest with hundreds of trees and it seems to happen more now

Has anyone been able to determine tapping on Homer specifically causes the game to crash? I know I have a lot if decorations, but I'm able to scroll throughout my town an visit all friends. However, every time I tap Homer for the past week... Crash. Any advice?"

I give up. It's not just Homer causing the crashes. It seems to happen just randomly while setting characters on tasks. Trying to set everyone on 1 hour tasks, it crashed when tapping on Homer, CBG, and Bart. Nothing else seems to cause it other than setting tasks. Anyone else experiencing this or know a way around it?

It is a rampant problem that everyone is hoping is fixed with the next update assumed to be in Feb. nothing you can really do except dig deep for patience. Well one trick is tap into a neighbors town every few minutes then back to yours and repeat
