I guess that would depend on how much you liked designing your sf. If you enjoyed it and wouldn't mind doing it again then tear it up and farm away, if you thought it was a royal pain then I'd just wait it out. It's not like the sit n rotate is going anywhere. I don't think people would unfriend you for a little house farming.
