Housefarm dilemma...
if you like to house farm then keep house farming.

I posted on another thread about taking the tortoise's view of the game and that there is no real rush for non event items, but if you own the houses and your town isn't full, maybe you could add as many houses as you can and kind of take the middle road approach. I find house farming dull, but if you like the thrill of an economic game and this will bring you joy, go for it.
