How much would it cost in real money (USD) to buy everything?!

As far as I'm aware, the boatload is enough to buy all premium items, provided you don't waste any on speeding up time. It's also better value for money than buying smaller amounts of donuts. Of cours...

I wasn't complaining about the price of donuts. I was just curious the cost of items and saying that I lost most of mine in a flash by hitting a speed up button.
