I can just tell this update is going to be another disaster.

- No award for first 24 hours like usual (Gypsy House, etc.)
- Too few boxes (~ 1 or 1.5) per day
- Bulk of free decorations have been transferred into boxes so I can't decorate immediately

- No discernible goal to reach by players. Most boxes will award a decoration or gold eggs (NOTHING) so there's not much reason to play.

The result that, for me, this even has been downright horrible. Like HORRIBLE to the point that this is evoking less excitement from me than a level update.



Also, I actually prefer the wheel significantly to the prize box if you are going to have to give us random prizes. The major complaint about the wheel was that it was random, NOT about the wheel mechanic itself. Why wheel is better than prize boxes:

- It is exciting to watch the wheel spin and pass near prizes you want whereas prize boxes you know what you receive immediately.
- The wheel is better at showing off the prizes that you may receive because you pay attention to the wedges of the wheel while you're spinning.



I'm not quick to criticize, but EA you really messed this event up. This is easily the worst major event in the history of Tapped Out. There's almost 0 new content accessible for most players and we play and we don't know when we'll actually receive anything. The entire mechanics of this event is fundamentally flawed so I don't know how you guys will rectify this.

But gold eggs are converted to a prize. Only when you start clearing out the gold prizes does it give you blue or pink eggs back - which in turn just reverts back to gold. So either way you are getting a prize. Whether it be blue or pink prize, or a gold prize.
