While you can't send the Spuckler children on tasks (and therefore they do not show in the census), they do generate money. Similar to the patrons in Krustyland. Every four hours the Spuckler children will have a bundle of money floating over their heads as they walk around town. I think mine did not go into inventory but immediately started walking around town.
