I've got this task yesterday and I just completed it today and have no problems, it seems this update is full of glitches!

That healing one was not worth it. I dismissed it and got one to craft something (after then dismissing the cash one), and won 500 knuckles. Much better in my opinion.
It's like near impossible to do. I only had 2 felons (missing purple), and I'd go against towns that had 3 orange (muscle). So I couldn't even have the advantage. Several of my neighbors were heavy on the muscle heroes fighting - this wasn't just a single town.
