The first church of Springfield is not three years old.

I'm pretty sure it came out when the game did. I don't think it was added with an update. Too many core characters have tasks there.

Edit: Just checked the walkthrough. The First Church of Springfield was in the game before any updates so it is 3+ years old

I'm not able to do it anymore personally... unless I was testing with values that were too high, but seemed to be inline with what I was doing before for that.

They fixed the neighbor fan taps, you get the foam fingers now.
