I think its possible and a good idea
they could give an entire space base with rocket ship included :D problem is a LOT more land is needed if they keep giving buildings that don't belong in the middle of Springfield
stuff like the stonecutters lodge and a rocket ship base needs to be way away from any other buildings/houses
