Is observatory worth it
It's pretty much in the "if you like it" category. Doesn't come with a character but it does give Skinner, Martin, and Comic Book guy permanent premium tasks. Frink also has a 6 hour task there.

Im making a collage area and was going to put it there- Frink's lab has its own observatory.
