Is the Jobs Manager broken for anyone else?
I have all my TSTO walking around idle, but Jobs Manager only shows 17 are available for job assignment. Very odd. :s

Most of the characters can do this so until you check it off the list it won't free up the characters for the job manager.
Even if I cancel a "send all springfielders" task from the daily challenges the job manager has still been messed up for me for ~24 hours after. Hopefully it gets fixed.
If you don't synchronize game after cancelling that task, it will still keep the characters required for that task from being sent on job manager tasks. Go to krustyland and come back, should be able to send them on job manager tasks after that/
