If I send everyone on 24hr jobs.
I first set Baby Marge to Hang Out With Best Friend Ling and Virgil Simpson to Propose to Mabel Simpson.
If I don't Ling and Mabel do their 24hhr jobs and Baby Marge and Virgil have nothing to do.

And because the UO does not rush paired jobs, I have to get them out manually then put them back in.
