Jobs that give items
Akira has a job pruning bonsai that gives you a bonsai plant after 3 times. Are there any other characters that have jobs that give items?

There is a thread around here somewhere that has a list of characters with special capabilities. Think Akira is the only one that awards an actual item.
Off my head:
- witch Marge has a 4hr task that speeds up crops growing at Cletus' farm
- babysitter's 24hr task can animate any house
- wise guy clerk has two tasks to animate either a house or business (check the plumbing and one other)
- Number 1 has a job to earn coffee for SH
- Cookie Kwan's 8hr task that awards SH rev.
