Jobs that give items
Akira has a job pruning bonsai that gives you a bonsai plant after 3 times. Are there any other characters that have jobs that give items?

For this event (Around the World) I only know of Mr Sparkle and he awards sky credits. The Springfield Heights jobs award chairs, lattes, etc. Other than those I can't think of any jobs that award items rather than money and XP. Oh, and (whispers) rail yard jobs award stuff to make monorail tracks.
