Yeah, pretty underwhelming. Needed at least a single cool outside task. Just background fodder and soon forgotten like all NPCs .

I think they saved all the "cool" prizes for the second phase. I'm not sure why they'd make the first phase weak in the prize department, but hopefully phase two will make up for phase one.

I'm running behind, it feels, but I'm very close to getting him. After reading these reviews, I'm still stoked to get him. I like Frosty the Hitman (Name?) and I think I'll like BS too. They will fit quite nicely with my ever growing Christmas decoration stockpile.
When I played my first Christmas last year, I thought it was so cool to see what my neighbors who started in 2012 had, and what I could look forward to having.
I store mostly anything when it's out of season, so all holiday items with go back into my virtual closet and new room will open for new items. I'm beginning to think we won't be seeing any incarnation of the monorail this year, but whateva.

Hope that skilift not take mutch space...
