Kang (or Kodos?) shooting at ray gun
I've seen this as well I presume it's a bug. However it may be a way for people who didn't get Kang to get him as a character. That is pure speculation though

Just done my friend visiting for the day, all of the ones with the ray gun had kang/kodos shooting at it.
Can see why people think its a glitch and why people think it may be incorporated into a story line, as it isnt glitchy and has good animation. Personally I think it's a glitch but only time will tell!
