Kang (or Kodos?) shooting at ray gun
I've seen this as well I presume it's a bug. However it may be a way for people who didn't get Kang to get him as a character. That is pure speculation though

So you mean that you don't own a version of Kang? You see him only if you don't have Kang in your own Springfield? Or is Thadygirl's understanding ?orrect? I have seen in other threads on this topic that those who saw Kang flying about in other Springfields could also see a Kang doing tasks or just walking about in the same town. There's even a screen capture of it here somewhere. I'd like to see this for myself!
