Kang (or Kodos?) shooting at ray gun
I've seen this as well I presume it's a bug. However it may be a way for people who didn't get Kang to get him as a character. That is pure speculation though

Sorry if I'm being unclear. In my Springfield I own the ray gun and thus Kang. In my friends Springfield he does not. When my friend visits my Springfield he sees both a flying saucer around the ray gun and Kang on the floor doing his own thing. However when I go visit other Springfields that have ray guns the saucer doesn't appear but Kang is still wandering around. My Theory is that it is that you can only see the saucer if you don't own Kang and are visiting a neighbour that does. Hope that clears up what I was saying :)
