Kang (or Kodos?) shooting at ray gun
I've seen this as well I presume it's a bug. However it may be a way for people who didn't get Kang to get him as a character. That is pure speculation though

From what I've seen, back in Halloween if you visited someone with a raygun, you'd get to see Kang unless Kang was shot down.
Some of those people bought a second raygun. The first gun is destroyed by Kang, but the second isn't.
It's my belief that the glitch happened at Christmas when some developers didn't allow for the 2nd raygun and old programming leftover from a small unregarded section took over untested. Namely an undestroyed raygun will show Kang shooting at it to a neighbor visiting only.
Since 1 raygun would have been destroyed by Kang the developers probably tested for that but with everything else didn't think to test for two rayguns. Hence the Kang bug.
