KEM Farming just got more expensive!
I noticed today they changed the price of a Kwik E Mart to $14400, for the second or more purchase. Bummer..... :(

So that you can buy them again at the lowest price. The goal is to get the XP from building them, not collect from them.
Oh Ok I've simply been collecting from them.
Just tried your method and I don't believe it worked the way it was supposed to. The value of the ones I was selling kept declining and the cost of the new ones to replace kept rising. I believe I broke even.
