level 31 failed rip off
I'm not seeing how wifi or 4G determines your level. Try uninstalling & reinstalling

Same glitch happened to me, downloaded a small update and all my level 31 stuff was gone. Let it go for awhile and restarted my phone, got yet another update and all was back to normal. Ended leveling up again with 2 more bonus donuts
Everything came back once I got to wifi and restarted my phone thanks everyone
