level 35 question

This has happened to me twice now. First time was lvl 33/34 then again yesterday 34/35 both times leveled up then next time i logged in i was back to previous level, (yes i sync). I had to get exp to get back to correct lvl, luckily with lvl 35 i was rt on the verge of bonus round. lvl 34 I wasn't so lucky took me days to get back to lvl 34. Also if you buy new lvl items and get shot back a lvl you loose the items the cash and donuts. I dont buy any new items now till i know im staying on that level. this is a serious glitch that needs to be addressed. it never affected me till lvl 33/34. ARE YOU LISTENING EA!!!
