You still get them for "Spying" on your neighbors. You also get them for clearing pyramids. The friend point thing is awesome because now those selfish neighbors who didn't visit during the event will have to visit now. Meaning more pyramids to clear.

Same as it worked when it was in between events so far. I'm getting them in my town from neighbors alongside the emblems but can't tell you about the ones you get from visiting your neighbors' towns.

Does FP start at only 4 FP now per day?

Sigh so much for getting donuts from friends taps for another 5 days or so :( This sucks.
