little guy in neighbors' towns

I think that's the Yupprechaun. He came with the Shamrock Cafe.

There's also a Leprechaun that came with a wishing well, but from what I understand, he doesn't drop money when neighbors tap him.

    A leprechaun. There are two types, I think. One came with a wishing well and the other came with a building -- Shamrock Cafe. From a year or so ago?
