Looks good so far I'd try and give the simpsons and flanders houses a bit more room and try to give them a garden as there are a lot of related things your going to want to put with them as you go alo...

Ive noticed this but my OCD will take over and I will want to make it better haha
Im level 10 and a half ish I think now
More buildings = more money = more buildings and characters to make more money = you'll get to the point where there are no more new buildings and you can start buying land and making it look nice.
I started a new game in February and what I wound up doing was grinding as hard as I could to get all the land in Springfield Heights, Then I spread out up there. It still doesn't look great but it's better than having everything crammed up together so you can't tell where one building ends and another begins.
