OP, I don't mean to laugh but do you even KNOW the people you're posting to? I've never heard anyone hold back regardless of how ridiculous they sound.
As for the rules I'm pretty sure you glossed over the actual cut/pastes from the rules themselves.
Let's avoid Alternative facts here- the name of something is not wrong-image, price and diologs are.
Positive "hellfish deal" includes none of those other facts or speculation.
Thank you for your concern, but it was inappropriate and incorrect.
PS persecution theories are a bit overkill.
