You know what's funny? In one of my towns i hadnt started act 3 but... maggie still triggered the act maggie questline two days ago!

Oh yeah......I'm so proud of myself, remembering the job manager, send everyone out for x hours, only to realize I've forgotten Maggie, or the monorail, or the current quest. D'oh!
