I was on to them last week about an issue with a quest. They rolled me back, and replaced all the donuts that I had spent on the building so I could buy it again, and added about 20. Seems to really matter who you get. I used the callback option, usually have better luck on chat but it wasn't available. I would definitely try them again on the 350 donuts, that's not a small amount, or ask them to put the 5 buildings into your inventory, they can.
