Making way for active neighbors
Inactive for months and need room for events.

I am at 100 neighbors and have been thinking of this with the Christmas event coming up.....I was planning on using the Christmas event to easily flag anyone who is not actually participating in the event by the end of the first weekend after the event starts.
The only exceptions would be those who have proven to actively visit inbetween the Halloween and the Christmas events.
I actively visit neighbors daily, reaching all at least once every 3 days....and I have been lucky that a majority do the same by dropping by one or twice a week as well. It is that bottom 30% I am looking to weeding out with the Christmas Event.
