Mastermind Hank Scorpio Question
I already had Hank and bought what I thought was a skin for him, but after completing the main quest, Hank still only has one skin option. What am I missing here?

- should be in your inventory
- There was a new questline for the original skin + another one for the costume which I guess you haven't even used already. Check your inventory as mattinf suggested.
