Max Levels for Castles, skins

When I was going through the info, everyone that had sped up the game was attacking me yesterday. I got 3000 gold yesterday since all the people that rush the events were combing through my town destroying buildings. I bought some elixir this morning to see what level 10 offered and got the ability to buy as many walls, towers, and gates that I could handle. But I also unlocked the other 2 castles, so I started leveling those.
