Max Levels for Castles, skins

I see that, but was wondering if it's worth it. My characters are around level 5 since I need more gold - but was seeing if there's a level cap for the castles. If it's like 15 or something I might shoot for it, but if it's like 50 - then I'd rather have the walls, towers, etc.
There really is quite a lot to do in this update :D
