i think keeps letting you collect. but no new prizes at the moment. but you could get donuts by tapping friends.. :)

Yep I just tried it, I collected 30FPs from Other Springfield but it says I am still at "Max Level". E.A.R.L. is sitting in the prize list. I am not going to spend 500 donuts on it!! (I bet someone already has?)
