i think keeps letting you collect. but no new prizes at the moment. but you could get donuts by tapping friends.. :)

i noticed that as well
someone vandalized a building and then the FP went to the top and is now 5/5000
looks like they changed the vandalization to 5 points instead of 1 as well
At least now the people who complained about it might appreciate it a bit more
