You can't move anything on to areas of land not purchased or unavailable for purchase. The only reason the Parking Lot Lot Lot can stick out is that a 12x27 area is merely a shadow of the lot and can be placed anywhere and anything can be put on it provided that's it's in a legal landing zone. A 1x27 edge of the Lot Lot Lot turns green in moving mode and can be grabbed to move the lot. Group move works normally as long as you highlight said edge. You will not be able to group move onto non legal map areas.
