The only option for me also is "open", but it does NOT show on my list of apps that updated today. Very strange, but I don't seem to be having problems - I received SH credit for already having a tennis court, gold swimming pool etc.

Auto-Updates are turned off, but TSTO is showing in my list of apps needing updates.
