The easiest way to prevent the rating from dropping would be to build training walls. They are the only thing that boosts righteousness at the moment. Hide them behind some buildings and build enough for you to get the five star rating. If it drops again, just build some more. At some point it will stay at five stars.
Yes it did this once before, and I build loads of training walls and now its dropped again :evil:
