Multiple handshakes again?

Anyone know what the friendship prize is. It obviously is a building but curious what it is and hopefully has animation to it. Unlike blood bordem and below expectations which was the last building. Honestly was looking forward to at least a sound bite for a tap on that one.

This should have been in window of blood bath and beyond when tapped along with a flickering of light then just darkness. Heh... It's not Simpsons related but it be better then nothing.
