Multiple Springfields connected to 1 account

I have the same problem and it takes me like 10 attepts to get into the real account (level 13) - otherwise is level 1 and a really meesed up level 6 world - VERY FRUSTRATING

You all are lucky, I am on attempt 15 to get into mine.

But I've found no working fix unfortunately, nor has EA.

Im baffled that EA is having this many poblems for this long - EA is a huge company - this is embarasing. Its been WEEKS with no updates and zero communication

I, too, have multiple Springfields connected to my account. I've counted at least 4 different games, there might be more. I'm trying to play only one of them, but every time I log on, the game seems to randomly log into any one of the games. I'd love for EA to provide a tool for us to choose a gmae we want to play.

And since it seems it's possible to play more than one game per profile at the same time, why not make in an option? Just add a "Select game" -dialog to the start of the game.

And I agree, with a game with this many problems, there's a suspicious lack of updates.

I think EA got back at me - ever since i posted my issue/comments i can no longer access my "good" game. I can only log into level 1 or a messed up level 9-

Yeah I can't get into my main username either! I can log in with my other username or play anonymously, but when I log into origins and "tap to continue" the game crashes out! I still get notifications for my city but can't get in! I can also visit my main city with other user, so I know it's still there!No help from ea and I need to get about $50 in refunds for the donuts I've bought!

This whole thing is messedup.

EA should have the decency of providing an answer.... Not that stupid "gypsy" thats obviously run by an intern.

Come on EA get movin....
