I haven't seen it since it became storeable. Does it still have the delay when setting or collecting from it?

I had no delay last night or this morning when one tap cleared everything on a building, but I am not sure now. My ability to clear a building with a single tap has reverted back to separate taps for characters and income so maybe the rabbit changed back as well. I will know in a couple of hours.
