So, when I go to their Springfield, will I always have access to taxes from a specific property or does it need to be ready to pay off? Good grief, that even confused ME ... It has to be ready to collect. No matter what YOU tap YOU get the same amount but you reset the timer for your friends so say you tap a blue house which pays every 8 hours and your friend doesn't return for 8 more hours, they will now get a double pay out on the blue house you tapped making you a great neighbor. After you tap 3 buildings you get and extra 25 xp from each town you visit per day
