New format of this event

All of you saw that this event is different.

This event uses a new format for events, called Multi-Event, with multiple acts, shorter than the usual main event, with a bigger variety of content, no crafting or friend actions, and works in a similar way to mini-events.
In this event, once an act is unlocked, you can complete it till the end of the event, instead of being restricted to just the week it's in and different characters will be needed (except for the Simpson family) to complete it.

    I see thru you EA. Your foreshadowing the end of the game by reducing tasks thus reducing the future need to recode the game.

    Thanks for the info, I am definitely looking forward to getting some tokens. I'm still a bit behind on the prize track, I've had a busy weekend building IKEA furniture - hmm, my favourite :)
    I would be so happy if there was a way to get tokens any time (jobs, IGC, anything). I will never get through that piece of land :cold_sweat:


    Gosh Kudos to you for even being able to walk into Ikea let alone put the furniture together. Every since they changed the store layout (years ago) to rat trapped in maze I get a panic attack in there. :D


    Amen to this. On the way home with my family a year or so ago, I went in the one here to use the bathroom, not only did I almost wet myself, I had to call my wife to come find me and lead me to safety! Never again. Good thing I build furniture for a living!!!


    How did your wife find you? I assume a typical man would not ask for directions. ?

    LOL I don't go in their store either... no way! I order online and they deliver.
    Before putting anything together, I need alcohol and music to set the mood tho. Not an easy business. And even then I sometimes flip out. :D

    Ok so now we're just waiting for the update for the new act?

    Mine says "You've completed this part of the story!"

    There's nothing else for me to do except buy new buildings/characters.

    EDITED TO ADD: Never mind - I think I figured it out - I guess you have to complete "A Savage Thaw Intro" task first - then I'm assuming the next part of the story will appear.
