I rarely use the 1hr tasks these days (tbh, i hardly play the game these days since i started playing the FG game), the only time i used them was when i was maybe an hour away for setting all characters on the 12hr tasks overnight, that's about it. The problem is, that the majority of the 1hr tasks are so repetative and boring, they hold no interest to me. A massive change to the tasks to freshen up the game would breathe some new life into it

If they are going to keep on making us send Grandpa Simpson to tell war stories or make someone shop at Kwik-E-Mart all the time, it's pointless.

That's the only thing I usually use 1hr tasks for too, to make the times fit with other characters' tasks :D

And yes the send Grandpa to read stories and Kwik-E-Mart ones are so dull, I've also always thought making Grandpa walk around thinking it's (whatever the year is) should be an outdoor task too. It's wasted being indoors.

Yeah, also Sanjay tasks > Apu tasks.

I agree completely. Even though one of Sanjay's tasks, Skateboarding, is a bit repetitive since Bart has it as well. But I would much rather watch Sanjay skateboarding around town than hiding inside the Kwik-E-Mart for various lengths of time.

I do like the only outdoor tasks that Apu has, but he needs more of them.
