Just so you know, the developers will NOT contact you just because you're posting on the forum. I've never been able to figure out why they say that, other than to get people off their backs for a day or two - really disgusting behaviour if you ask me. Yes, you can often find help here, but not from EA.
If you're in North America, the best bet is the Call Back option from their help page. They've always been able to help me pretty quickly that way. Failing that, the Chat option.
Hope you're able to resolve this issue, just don't wait for them to contact you. Keep on them until they fix it.
