I didn't get mine until I signed out of Origin, shut my iPad on/off, and signed back in. Might have been total coincidence, but that worked. Good luck :)..

Maybe just go to the app store or google store which ever ur using and go to ur downloaded apps and manually update it there...sometimes it won't update automatically. ..it happened to me and I went to the google store and updated it there.
