Its part of the squidport quest as dr nicks, its not on walkthroughs as he is a premium character

- Also, Lisa did not shoot Bart with the tranq dart blowgun, Bart attempted to use the blowgun himself put he inhaled (sucked) when he should've exhaled (blown) and inhaled the dart in the process.

No, you'll get the questline if you have Dr. Nick period. I had Dr. Nick well before Squidport and I got the quest.
